that supports Avon’s representatives. To establish training needs, GP conducted
phone interviews with Avon representatives, met with Avon stakeholders, and examined
existing training. The resulting courseware blends business development strategies
and applied sales skills designed to support Avon representatives at every phase—from
business launch to website marketing, sales acceleration, and order management.
